Q. Missing Items

A. When we send any items to you we will include a delivery note which indicated the items that should be included in your delivery. Items you order may sometimes be sent to you in a number of smaller deliveries so don't worry if the delivery note doesn't list all the items in your order.

If, however, the items listed on the delivery note don't match the items in the package please call or email us and we'll arrange for the missing items to be sent to you or refunded.
