How do we treat children’s privacy?
Some of our products and services are designed for those under the age of 13. We do not ask our customers to provide us with a date of birth, so it is possible for someone of any age to register and purchase our products or services, should they have the means to pay for it online. How long do we keep your data?

During payment processing we partner with payment providers Sage Pay & Paypal. Both providers are fully PCI compliant.
Sage Pay’s server integration provides a straightforward hosted payment interface for the customer
and takes complete responsibility for the online transaction, including the collection and encrypted
storage of payment data, eliminating the security implications of storing such sensitive information on your Eden.co.uk’s servers.
Should you have occasion to raise a dispute with your payment provider, we may share details of the relevant transaction in order to respond to the issue you have raised.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
