1) What is the page size? 2) How many pages are there? 3) What is 'trade paper'? Is it a particularly thin or off-white colour?

Hi,
I think the page size is approximately 8.5" but the "trade paperback" isn't a reflection on the quality of the paper, more the standard size of the book. I hope that's helpful.
