Hi,
Online advise seems to warn against using chemicals but to use warm, soapy water to clean gold-plated products, and dry with a lint-free cloth. While we can't take responsibility for the cleaning of particular products, I hope that's helpful in a general sense. Thanks for using the Q&A forum.
