UK Christian charities unite to boost support for families and children

Three well-established Christian organisations have joined forces in a creative property deal designed to increase their impact across the UK. Christians Against Poverty (CAP), Hope Park Workspaces, and Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) have agreed a partnership that will see Hope Park manage CAP’s Bradford headquarters, Jubilee House.

This innovative arrangement means that any profits generated by Hope Park from managing Jubilee House will be channelled directly into funding TLG’s vital work with disadvantaged children. This collaboration is set to free up valuable resources for CAP, enabling them to support even more families struggling with unmanageable debt.

This deal will save CAP vital funds which can be used to help us work with local churches to free even more families in crisis from unmanageable debt. Any surplus that Hope Park makes will fund TLG’s work with disadvantaged children. This is a true win, win, win property deal!

Stewart McCulloch, CAP’s Chief Executive, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: “We’re excited to be working much closer with our friends at Hope Park and TLG.”

Echoing this sentiment, Tim Morfin OBE, Founder & Chief Executive of TLG, highlighted the shared origins and mutual support between the two Bradford-founded ministries. “At this time of struggle for so many people, I’m delighted that this partnership will release the resources to enable more local churches to bring help and hope to children and families,” he stated.

This collaboration follows CAP’s recent announcement of uniting with Community Money Advice (CMA) to form the UK’s largest specialist community-based debt advice charity, further strengthening their reach and capacity to serve those in need.
