Theologians have been debating about the elements of human beings, between the dichotomous theory and the trichotomous theory. The dichotomous theory says men are composed of two parts: spirit and body while the trichotomous theory says there are three parts: spirit, soul, and body. This book is based on the trichotomous theory.
