Bio

Randy R. Butler resides in Keizer, Oregon with his wife, Joanie. They have two children, Kristi and Kevin. Randy is the pastor of Salem Evangelical Church. He also serves as a volunteer chaplain with the local police as well as with the Oregon Youth Authority.
