    The Good Book Stall

    Average rating of0.0

Miranda is a gifted musician, composer and producer, who comes from her urban Mennonite community in Seattle to rural and little changed Old Order Piney Meadows Full Gospel Mennonite church to help with their combined Christmas and Anniversary celebrations. There was deep shock all round! Miranda had not bargained for the extreme cold of a Minnesota winter and the old fashioned clothes and attitudes of her new church. They had certainly not expected a fashionably dressed young woman with modern tastes and requirements. I couldn’t see how this story could reconcile the two, but Gail Sattler has managed it with a book that kept me turning the pages till I had finished. A thoroughly good read.
