Daniel and the Birth of a King

Long ago in the land of the Chaldeans, a messenger of great renown appeared to one of the most beloved men of Elohim by the name of Daniel. He revealed that he, Daniel, had been chosen to make preparations for the coming of the great Messiah, the Son of Yehovah.

Now, five hundred years later, Chaldean astronomers would come bearing gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh in caravans laden from the East, to present them to the boy King born in a lowly sukkah in the small town of Bethlehem.

This is the story of the birth of the Messiah, and of the man, beloved of Elohim, who had obeyed the mighty and heavenly messenger sent from Yehovah, to prepare for the coming of the promised Messiah.
