Page 13 ... Noah and his family spent over a year on the ark. Think about that for a moment. They didn't have air conditioning. They did not have a modern kitchen. They did not have electricity. And they did not have Wi-Fi! They lived in a big wooden box floating on the water. But that's not all.

Page 15 ... Noah's ark foreshadows the church. The Scriptures do not lay out all the details but there are amazing similarities that encourage us on our journey. The main point of this lesson is -- don't jump ship. Stay in the ark. Don't leave the church. Outside the church there is only an ocean of destruction. Page 17 ... Let's be honest, like Noah's ark, sometimes the church smells. Sometimes the animals in the ark (fellow Christians) are unpleasant. The church is not Carnival Cruise Lines.
