Veggie Tales is the high quality animated video series now a firm favourite with children, parents, teachers and children’s worship leaders.

Computer animated fruit and vegetable characters retell Bible stories and Christian moral tales with fun and focus for even the youngest learn and love.

Veggie Tales - what’s it all about?

Today’s children are get lots of their entertainment and teaching from TV, video and computer. Veggie tales is all that’s new in technology put to use in getting the Bible and Gospel teachings across to children.

Each Veggie Tale story is told and enacted by a group of computer generated (CGI) animated characters. Animated fruit and veg like Larry the Cucumber and Laura the Carrot use simple stories and songs to carry Bible themes and Christian lessons in short, fun packed episodes.

The Veggie tales series is available as individual, attractively packaged DVDs. Each DVD contains a number of Veggie Tales stories together with interactive features including activities, games, quizzes and Child friendly Bible links.

Fully supported by story books and interactive on-line web resources, Veggie Tales builds into a complete teaching resource for children and an entertaining introduction to the Bible for young minds.

The stories and characters connect with children so well that when the series was shown on non-religious commercial US television the sign off ‘...God made you special and He loves you very much,’ was edited out.
