'The Resolution for Women' is the book that equips women with a heart for God and family to stand firm alongside their men.

In the partner book to 'The Resolution for Men' Priscilla Shirer gives the woman's perspective on themes from the movie 'Courageous'.

Acheiving your full potential

Picking up the issues and themes of 'Courageous', author Priscilla Shirer writes from her calling to empower women, her grasp of scripture and a clear vision for faithfulness down the generations.

The 'Resolution for Women' presents wives and mothers with a call to reach their full purpose and potential. The book is by turns encouraging, inspiring, provoking and irritating as leads the way to lifelong fulfilment without shrinking from the call to self-discipline and sacrifice.

Based in the family movie 'Courageous'

‘Courageous’, is the faith inspired action drama that explores vital roles of fatherhood in family, church and community. The big screen movie from Sherwood Pictures (makers of Fireproof) has much to encourage wives and mothers as partners and equals in the Christ centred family.

‘Courageous’ is a powerful story that presents men with the opportunity to step up to the challenge of fatherhood in family church and community. The movie is a clear, bold encouragement to men in taking on their responsibilities of home, husband and father.

Transfoming relationships in marriage

‘The Resolution for Women’ both stirs and challenges. Based in Biblical truth, the book’s foreword offers the reader the chance to transform relationships within marriage, the family and daily life.

The book sums up what it means to be a woman of resolve in Christ with thirteen simple but direct and to the point resolutions. Key to the others resolutions is the commitment to make the most of whatever life presents you with in the present moment.

Ecouraging active participation

Each of the resolutions begins with a commitment to act. Wives and mothers will find that ‘The Resolution for Women’ equips them for active participation in their marriage, family, church and community. ‘The Resolution for Women’ presents the reader with three statements.

‘This is who I am’

  • Surprisingly Satisfied
  • Purposefully Feminine
  • Authentically Me
  • Faithfully His

‘This is what I have’

  • My Best
  • My Blessing
  • My Forgiveness
  • My Integrity
  • My Heart

‘This is what matters to me’

  • Fulfilling My Husband
  • Loving My Children
  • Living With Grace
  • Leaving a Godly Legacy

Partner to 'The Resolution for Men'

In the partner book to 'The Resolution for Men' Priscilla Shirer gives the woman's perspective on themes from the movie 'Courageous'.

As with its partner book, ‘The Resolution for Men’, ‘The Resolution for Women’ aims to have a long lasting influence on marriage, the family church and community.

Both ‘Resolution’ books emphasise the importance of ‘leaving a legacy’. Both books aim to equip men and women with the courage and resolve to influence not only this generation those to follow in a revolution for Christ in marriage, family, church and community.
