Encouraging but honest - Paul, Huddersfield

I got this book because we're planning a new area of youth work at our church, and most youth work books seem to be aimed at churches with large congregations and lots of kids. This book tells you what you can do with just a few kids and how that can be even better than having large numbers. Quality, not quantity. Well worth reading if you are doing youth work in a church of about 150 or fewer in the congregation. (Read the other books for 'big' churches as well, but read this to stop you giving up when you can't afford full time youth workers etc).
