Worship Changes LivesIan Gibbs, via The Good Book Stall
This guide from the Liturgical Commission deserves a wide circulation. The assertion in its title is paid lip-service to by many, but rarely worked out in practise. The contents based on the Sacraments, on the use of the Divine Office, on music and the ‘nuts and bolts’ of worship, lead to a debate on what it means to worship, and how the answers to that question transform local churches, individuals and the Church. The contemporary concerns of the C of E are of course prominent, but that should not deter other Christians from embarking on the same quest, aided by this book.
