Really helpful - Pam, Staff, Eden.co.uk
This is an easy-read helpfulbook drawing on the authors own experience of depression. It's very easy to identify with her and understand her struggle. It could be helpful for those who are struggling with depression and for those trying to help friends or family.
A refreshingly easy to read book written from personal insight - Cath - a mother and carer from Herts.
An excellent book - not heavy going, but written from the author's own personal experience of depression. It contains lots of useful information to help a depressed person cope again. I Am now waiting to read her next book.
