Striking goldReviewed by Molly Dee
I'm doing a series on Philippians and so purchased a few commentaries in order to see various issues from various angles, but I must say that I continually return to Motyer's commentary with delight. There are insights into the context and setting to be sure, but the real value comes in nuggets I can mine time and again from the text which have enriched my own devotional life as well as the material I am sharing with others. Every penny of investment has been worth a pound in return!
