Essential Reading - Jorg, missionary trainer
This is a must-read for anybody who has to deal with ethical issues in a cross-cultural setting, e.g. missionaries and those working among ethnic groups in urban contexts. Ethics in a predominantly shame-oriented culture are different to those in a predominantly guilt-oriented culture. Most books on ethics are written from a guilt-oriented perspective and are therefore incomplete. This book tries to redress the balance.
