This is a great book for anyone, but particularly for young people. As a youth leader for, let just say a long time, it is not often that you come across a book that is so biblically based, theologically sound AND EASY TO READ. Packed with bible story after bible story it increases your bible knowledge at the same time as challenging your relationship with Jesus and energising your prayer life. If you find prayer hard, boring, mundane or just uninspiring then you should totally read this book. You will read about Gideon and learn that it is OK to ask God questions. You will learn about being quite from Mary, to praise in painful circumstances from Paul, to pray with others as they did in Acts and to pray for Jesus return. I am so excited by this book that I am taking all 9 of our youth small groups through it over the next 15 weeks it really is that good!
