Pirates is a complete five-day holiday club pro­gramme that has been planned on the basis that there will be three age groups of children: Years 1 and 2, Years 3 and 4, and Years 5 and 6.

The topics of the five days are:

• Saul, the persecutor of Christians
• Saul sets out for Damascus
• On the road to Damascus
• Paul waits and prays patiently
• Paul at the start of his journeys

Each daily programme lasts 21/2hours, and includes full leader's notes and photocopiable worksheets.

Each programme consists of:

• Suggested activities for each age group
• Games
• Episode from the Pirates play
• Story to support the day's message
• Bible story
• Pirate song (a new verse is added each day)
• Closing prayer

At the end of the five days there is a special sixth episode of the Pirates play for the children to present to their parents.
