Pathway to Jesus
Full Product Description
Don Everts and Doug Schaupp have listened to the stories of two thousand postmodern people who have come to follow Jesus. While their stories are very different, certain common themes emerge. Postmodern evangelism may be a mysterious and organic process, but it also goes through common and discernible phases, as people cross thresholds from distrust to trust, from complacency to curiosity and from meandering to seeking.
The authors describe the factors that influence how people change their perspectives and become open to the gospel. They provide practical tools for helping people enter the kingdom, and guidelines for how new believers can live out their Christian faith.
Pathway to Jesus by Don Everts; Doug Shaupp was published by Intervarsity Press in January 2009 and is our 28231st best seller. The ISBN for Pathway to Jesus is 9781844743445.

Pathway to JesusJackie Rowe, via The Good Book Stall
This book really scratches where I itch. I want to learn more about how people in our 'postmodern' culture tick, and how I can reach out to them with the Good News. Through listening to the stories of two thousand postmodern people who have become followers of Jesus, the authors believe that certain common themes emerge. They find that people cross thresholds from distrust to trust, from complacency to curiosity and from meandering to seeking. The lessons that Don and Doug have learned, and which they share with us in the book, have freed them from activism and ushered them into a humble place of wonder and prayer. I felt that by the end of the book I had learned something new and practical about how people enter God's kingdom and how to help them in the early stages of their Christian faith.
