The first part of Enjoying Mass guides teachers and catechists through the structure of the Mass explaining the purpose of the many rites and elements together with notes on liturgical practice when celebrating the Mass with children.

The second section of the book presents examples of liturgies based on the various parts of the Mass, gradually building up to the whole Mass. Being introduced to and learning to prepare and cele­brate the individual parts of the Mass familiarises children with the preparation and celebration and leads them to understand the pur­pose of the different parts of the Mass and the Mass itself.
