Ecumenical Certificate of Baptism - Pack of 20

We have just begun using these at out church, families of the baptised seem to like them, although there is nowhere to include the names of the godparents. Its difficult to see from the pictures but the certificate is a card which opens to reveal the important details of the baptism. Its quite straightforward to complete although I wonder why there needs to be a date of issue on the card alongside the date of baptism. The certificates dont come with envelopes, but they are a standard size and can be purchased from any stationers
