Down Gilead Lane Season 1 Is Perfect for Kids, Teens, and Family's Everywhere! - Dave, a webmaster from one of the contienents
If you're a fan of Christian radio drama, then Down Gilead Lane (Season 1) is a great addition to your collection! In these thirteen episodes on 6 CDs, you'll get to know the Morrisons. The shows cross many genres, including mystery, slice-of-life, and emmotional (some listeners will be saddened to know that there is no full-out comedy show on this album). Included this album is: Meet the Morrison: Learn about change from the Morrisons! The very first episode. The Unlovables (2 parts!): Learn about loving your enemies as Mikey tries to show kindness to someone annoying. Overtime: This show is a timely one that many parents need to hear when the Fischer's parents work too much and neglect their kids. Brains vs. Brawn: It's report card time! Justin and Mikey learn that doing your best brings glory to God. Food for Thought: Learn about the dangers of anorexia when Haley tries to make herself more likeable. Rumor Has It: Rumors are flying everywhere about "that blind lady." Brooke learns the truth about Grace when she and Luke are teased for being "more than friends." Sick of It: Justin and Mikey are sick and Justin is working on a school project, while Mikey is working on having fun. Of Mike and Fin: Mikey meets Grace! Micheal loses Timmy in a store and his parents trusts. The Lonely Ranger: One of the most popular shows of the first season, Justin draws back from everyone because he feels he doesn't fit in. A very thought-provoking and encouraging episode. See No Evil, Fear No Evil: Haley sees a bad movie at a friend's house and learns more about discernment. It's All About Me: The spare room is up for grabs but with everyone being so selfish, will the parent's ever decide who gets it? Also has more about Judge Morrison's case and Grace Andrews. Like a Good Neighbor: A storm hits Coleraine and the Morrisons are out making sure all their neighbors are okay. The season finale leaves plenty of questions unanswered (in fact, some of them would not be answered until the end of season four) and plenty of lessons to chew on. Season One of Down Gilead Lane is a great addition to any collection!
