Description

Windows based, Cashcall provides a framework to help you produce accounts in accordance with the Charities Act. It handles funds whether restricted, unrestricted (designated) or endowment, providing totals, budgets, analysis and printing the 'Statement of Financial Activity' (SOFA) with a few mouse clicks. You can print your asset register easily whenever you want.

If you are unsure about setting up accounts, entering transactions, transfers, post box accounts or fixed assets Cashcall has step-bystep 'Wizards' to help you. Drop down menus also make entering transactions simple by providing quick and easy access to income, expenditure, bank and cash account codes.

You can have unlimited account codes and analyse them individually or collectively. You canset budgets on account codes and produce budget reports. CashCall manages prepayments and accurals easily and at year-end it produces all the necessary reports with a few mouse clicks.
