About This paperback
It is August 31, 1983, and something is terribly wrong with flight KAL 007 out of Anchorage, Alaska. It has inexplicably strayed from flight plans over the Pacific and been lost from radar screens. Jonathan Stuart’s wife and son are on flight KAL 007. He will join them a day later in Seoul, he promises. A group of Japanese fishermen would report that about 3.38am, they saw a blinding flash of light and a huge explosion. A year on and Jonathan is still numb over the events of a year ago but he is determined to find the name of the Soviet Commander who gave the orders for KAL 007 to be shot down and the pilot who pulled the trigger.
