Great follow-up to Phenomenon!!! - Drummer Kyle, Canada
Thousand Foot Krutch has been a favourite band of mine since their first album "Set it Off". Since that, they have come out with a remastered version of Set it Off, a smash hit CD "Phenomenon" and now, this, the newest TFK CD, entitled "Art of Breaking" is sure to please many rock/nu metal/christian music listeners. I bought it one of the first days it came out and it has grown on me ever since. Some say it is just like their Phenomenon CD, which it is, but the band has matured so much and it shows in this another amazing TFK CD. I was first skeptical, thinking nothing could come close to Phenomenon, a truly incredible CD, but this does come close... The starting song "Absolute" is a great way to start an album like this, it draws you in, making you want to listen on to the rest of the CD. The cover song, Art of Breaking, is one of my favourite's, along with Absolute and Hurt. If you are looking for the next "Rawkfist", listen to "Hand Grenade", a rockin' hit that is sure to have you pumped just like Rawkfist. The additions of "Hurt" and "Breathe You In" make this album a beautiful contrast of hard Christian rock with a couple slower, meaningul songs that will really leave you feeling good. I strongly suggest this CD as it's another great CD from the sure-to-be-huge Thousand Foot Krutch. I think Art of Breaking is very good, but not as good as Phenomenon... but get both and you will be a happy camper!
