Lá, elle trouva en la personne de larchiabbé Dom Raphaël Walzer un guide spirituel et un ami qui laccompagna jusquá son entrée au carmel de Cologne et resta en contact épistolaire avec elle jusque peu avant sa mort á Auschwitz.
