| Here at World Vision we have hundreds of thousands of supporters, many of whom sponsor an individual child somewhere in the world – anywhere from Albania to Zimbabwe. These supporters are central to our work in fighting poverty and injustice, and our Supporter Relations Team ensures that our supporters receive high quality customer service throughout their engagement with us. We are looking for someone proactive with good relational and problem-solving skills, to communicate with supporters and World Vision programme staff overseas via email, letter and telephone. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who are passionate about our work and able to work within a team to share knowledge and experience to contribute to continuous improvement.
