| To initiate 5 new RISE projects in Sheffield, Birmingham, Nottingham, Kingston and London, by researching the needs of the elderly in those areas. To network and liaise with Churches, agencies and organisations in the setting up of RISE projects (similar to RISE in Putney and Roehampton - see website www.regenerate-rise.co.uk). The person must have project management skills, report writing and funding bid skills and most importantly - a vision to see the isolated elderly integrated into local support networks including the local Church, where appropriate. The successful candidate will need to live within travelling distance of Putney SW15 and Woking, Surrey, but will also be able to work from home. | |
