| Langley House Trust is a national Christian charity specialising in providing accommodation, support and rehabilitation to at-risk marginalised groups, including those leaving prison. This is an exciting new role within the Trust for an ambitious CIPD qualified practitioner wishing to further their career. Reporting directly to the Corporate Services Director and based at Witney you will have responsibility for ensuring the delivery of all aspects of the HR function, including employee learning and development. As the most senior HR professional in the Trust you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to senior management as well as ensuring that all of the people related objectives of the organisation are implemented, via line management; ensuring key performance targets are achieved. The post is covered by a genuine occupational requirement for all applicants to be practicing Christians and you will need to fully support Langley’s Christian Ethos and Statement of faith.
