| CYFC is a vibrant centre reaching out to young people from all backgrounds in schools, communities and in partnership with local churches. We are looking for someone with the right character, skills & experience to lead this centre into an exciting new era bulding on a solid foundation. You will be able to lead, inspire, motivate and manage a great team of staff and volunteers. An excellent communicator with both young people and senior leaders from the Christian and public sector. A strategic thinker you will be able to bring the best out of people and programmes, developing and forming relationships with supporters and partner organisations. |
