| We are seeking a Senior Practitioner with the energy and skills to take forward the existing and developing work of our Early Years team. This new role reflects the rapid increase in this work that we are currently undertaking and you will need to be committed to ensuring that the views of even the youngest children are heard. You will line manage the existing Early Years team and so should have experience of the management and supervision of staff or volunteers. You will also need a professional qualification in child-care, early years education or playwork with recent experience of working in different early years provision with families and young children including children with disabilities. A working knowledge of Early Years Development and Child-Care Partnerships or other multi-agency collaborations, and demonstrable knowledge of action research in early years education, social, faith or community work settings are required. |
