| Headquarters, London Working in one of the most competitive and fast-growing areas of fundraising, The Donor Development Department is responsible for planning and delivering mail, telephone, internet and face to face campaigns which aim to recruit new individual donors and develop the relationship which the Children's Society enjoys with its existing supporter-base. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator. You will help us become the most widely supported Children's charity throughout England and Wales, known not only as a positive force for change in the lives of children and young people but also for our sensitive and efficient supporter service. An integral part of the Committed Giving Team you will work closely with them to ensure the speedy and accurate processing of all regular and tax-efficient donations generated by a variety of campaigns. A good working knowledge of basic spreadsheet, word-processing and database systems will be essential in order to ensure that the Society's supporter database is regularly updated with donation and cancellation details. Experience gained in a similar fundraising or banking environment will be a distinct advantage, as will accurate typing skills of 40+wpm.
