| We require two highly motivated and enthusiastic assistants for our busy regional estates office in Dartford which is responsible for 110 properties. You will be involved with the tendering procedures for building work and enter cost information and invoices on to the Estates Department Computer system. You will also be required to instigate minor works, handle daily maintenance enquiries and monitor payments to contractors. You both will provide a thoroughly professional and confidential administrative and secretarial support service and be prepared to work on your own initiative in the frequent absence of the surveyors. Good communication skills and telephone manner are essential. Applicants for both positions should have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar position, word processing skills equivalent to RSA III, GCSE (Grade C or above) in at least 5 subjects including English and Maths, together with a good working knowledge of Windows 95, Word and Excel. Closing date: 9th February 2001. Interview Date: 19th February 2001. |
