We seek to appoint a Personnel Manager to care for IFES staff and volunteers through the development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures and systems. You will have had some experience in personnel management preferably in a Christian organisation or in the Charity sector. The ideal candidate will possibly be pursuing membership or already a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
