You will be aged 21-25 years old and be heading for a career in youthwork. Living on-site you will function as a peer mentor to the project’s young residents. As part of a staff team you will assist in housing management, life skill sessions and social & leisure activities. Formal training is provided. This position requires relevant experience of working with urban young people and a commitment to the Charity’s Christian Ethos.
