You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café within the new Small Street Community Centre - a purpose built community facility housing offices, meeting rooms, laundrette, crèche & Cyber-café. Responsibilities will include:  Food preparation, Health & Hygiene supervision  Ordering of supplies & stock control  Supervision of café takings  Provision of additional catering services as required by Centre clients  Supervision of a small team of paid staff & volunteers working in the café Proposed working hours to be 9.30-3.30pm Mon-Fri (with café opening hours being 10-3pm Mon-Fri); insert into jobs values although some flexibility may be required depending on circumstances. Appropriate Food Hygiene/Health & Safety qualification is an essential requirement. Previous experience of managing a similar operation is desirable, although not essential. This position requires an ability to work within & a commitment to the charity’s Christian Ethos
