| CARETAKER Part Time Post – 20 hrs per week Salary : £4,300 p.a. You will be responsible for general day-to-day maintenance within the new Small Street Community Centre - a purpose built community facility housing offices, meeting rooms, laundrette, crèche & Cyber-café. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring the Centre is clean & tidy – internally & externally Locking/un-locking of building as appropriate General site maintenance & security As the Centre is open from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, with occasional Saturdays, the position requires flexibility & would ideally suit someone living in the Caldmore/Palfrey/Pleck area. Experience of similar duties would be an advantage, although not an essential requirement. This position requires an ability to work within & a commitment to the charity’s Christian Ethos |
