| Our new youthworker post is intended to dedicate a member of staff to the guest spiritual programme of the centre. The responsibilities will include presenting material at our formal programme of morning and evening "thoughts", assisting other staff in the preparation and presentation of these and co-ordinating this work for guest groups. Currently seen as a three day per week job we would also look at two further days with the instructional, house or office staff to create a full-time job at Compass. | |
