| KEY TASKS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. To prepare the Corporate Accounts of Christian Vision worldwide. 2. To manage and operate the day-to-day financial systems of the UK office to ensure smooth running of the worldwide financial operations of Christian Vision. To supervise the data entry staff providing leadership, motivation and training. 3. To receive and consolidate financial reports from Christian Vision departments and projects ensuring that timely and accurate financial information is available. 4. To control corporate finances, including budgeting, accounting and reporting, including local and foreign currency accounts for each operational area. 5. To scrutinise financial reports sent from departments and projects. 6. To control the cash flow and approve spending within set budgets and liaising with external suppliers and services. 7. To initiate and undertake projects for the technical improvement of the Finance Department. Planning, co-ordination and management of the financial reporting system |
