Our Treloyhan Manor Hotel in St Ives Cornwall requires a Head Chef. The successful applicant will be required to cater for a maximum of 100 covers. Previous experience will include staff supervision, menu planning, stock ordering and the management of health and safety issues. 706-1 & 2 or NVQ equivalents required. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
