Sidholme, our hotel in Sidmouth, Devon, is offering an attractive package for an active, extrovert person who consistently and positively delivers excellent customer service. To fulfil this demanding role, the applicant will be totally customer focused with a friendly, informed approach and possess the following attributes.

1. Outgoing personality.

2. Clear thinker, good organiser and time keeper.

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. A forward thinker with a keeness to work with the management team to grow the business and enhance the interests and activities offered to the guests.

5. Ability to work with external and internal people to co-ordinate, introduce and produce special interest breaks and weekly programmes.

6. ability to work along during quiet times, yet lead a team in busy family weeks.

7. Deliver organised activities.

8. Act as Duty Manager.
