The successful applicant should be able to understand budgets, cost control, be multi skilled, lead, develop, moltivate and work to company policies and laid down financial parameters; have sufficient knowledge of hotel functions to be at ease in the absence of the Hotel General Manager and be able to foster our Christian ethos amongst our guests. | |
