Working as part of a team, you will be expected to produce and deliver a high quality of catering in this busy hotel. In addition, you will be required to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef. The post can be residential, with single accommodation and board provided. Salary offered is dependant on qualifications and experience within the industry.
