| To deal with all aspects of Commercial, Motor and Home insurance including: * New business development, enquiries and processing. * Adjustments, using MISYS computer system. * Documentation checking and issue. * Correspondence with insurers and clients (using Dictaphone). * Renewal reviews with client visits where needed. * Claims handling, including Third Party negotiations. Being a busy office, the applicant needs to be able to work in a team and be self motivated. The majority of work is done over the telephone, by post or by Email. A confident telephone manner is essential together with good use of business English for correspondence. The position would suit someone with three or four years broking experience with progress towards ACII. |
