We have never received a report of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of making purchases at Eden.co.uk.

Every financial transaction is processed through our Secure Server which uses 128-bit encryption to ensure that your credit card information is encrypted between your web browser and our server. The card details are also encrypted usin a 128-bit encryption when transmitting them to the banking network.

Eden.co.uk does not retain card information on our servers. Once a payment has been authorised we retain an authorisation code but delete all traces of the card data.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.

If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Eden.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Eden.co.uk while using the secure server.

This guarantee will only apply to credit or debit card purchases made using Eden.co.uk's secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
