Finding a Product

There are two main ways of finding a product on the site. The first is searching and the second id browsing.

Searching - if you know the name of the item you wish to buy or the name of the author/artist then enter the details in the Quick Search box located at the top left of every page, just beneath our logo. Click on the Go button and a list of possible matches will be shown.

Browsing - if you want to browse our online catalogue you should click on one of the category options on the top right of the screen. The options include Books, Music, Gifts, Video/DVD and Software. When you click on a category option you will be shown a list of sub-categories and/or products within the category.

Adding Products to your Basket

We use a shopping basket analogy to make the buying process straightforward. When you find the right product you will see a button labelled "Add to Basket" next to it. When you click on the button we add the product to your virtual shopping basket which is shown on the top right of every screen. As with a real shopping basket you can add and remove items from it up until the point you pay for the goods.

Completing your Purchase

When you have added all the items you want to your shopping basket you can complete your purchase by going to the checkout and paying with a credit or debit card. You can reach the checkout by clicking on the link entitled "Go to Checkout" which is displayed underneath your shopping basket at the top right of every page.

Before paying you will need to login to the secure area of the website. If you have already registered you will be able to login using your username and password, otherwise you can register by completing a simple form and choosing your own personal username and password.

Once you have logged in you will be asked to supply a delivery address for the order before proceeding to the order preview screen. Only if you are happy that your order is complete and your delivery address correct will you proceed onto the payment page.

Once you have entered your payment card details you will be given an order confirmation number and an email will be sent to your registered email address confirming your order.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 5 days of you placing it if the item is in stock at Eden.co.uk or with one of our many suppliers. You can check availablity and delivery times for individual items by viewing the product detail page. For delivery charges click here.
