Delivery Between Christmas & New Year
Betwen Christmas & New Year deliveries will be delayed due to bank holidays and weekends. Anything ordered after 3.30pm on 19 December may not arrive in time for Christmas. We expect normal delivery times to resume on 2 January 2008.

UK Deliveries
Around 25% of all UK orders are despatched on the same or next day, 50% within 3 days and 80% within a week. Items shown as having ' Stock Available' will usually be despatched within 3 - 7 day working days and only a very small number of orders will take longer than 7 days to despatch.
If you require delivery by a specific date please email service@eden.co.uk to enquire about the possibility of paying an additional fee for Guaranteed Delivery. This is not always possible but if it is we will email you to confirm if it is.
UK orders are delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail or by ParcelForce. The cost for delivery within the UK is based on the value of your order.
