God Knows My Name
Full Product Description
Beth opens her heart in a book that has touched the lives of the tens of thousands who've read it. Even though life can appear crushing and unbearable, Beth reminds you time and again that God knows who you are; that you are never forgotten and forever loved.
Beth Redman, wife of singer/songwriter and worship leader Matt Redman, gives you a powerful and yet deeply vulnerable view of what it means to be loved by a God who knows your name book. Beth writes engagingly to give you the message that changed her life - that the God who made the entire cosmos also understands you intimately and proclaims your worth by naming you and calling your name.

In God Knows my Name, Beth looks at how He hears our cries and reaches out to help us and fight for us. He knows our past but is already hard at work shaping our future - helping us, defending us, and restoring the damage life has done. And no matter what others do, our heavenly Father will never, ever leave or forget us.
Drawing on Scripture and Beth's own experience, Redman invites us to explore the revolutionary implications of being loved by a God who knows our name. And she invites us to call on His name as well as - to respond to His heart and love Him as He has loved us from the beginning.
Allow this wonderfully written book draw you into all the excitement of the world's most amazing story.

God Knows My NameBarbara Stoneham, via The Good Book Stall
This is a book written by someone who was abused as a child/teenager. During this time, both she and her mother were attending the local church.
The book shows us by quoting many passages from scripture such as John, Joel and Isaiah how God is always able to support us. Beth Redman shows in the book how she learnt to look forward in her life, not looking back at the problems she endured. The book also has a study guide section if people want to study it in a group.
one thing I will say is the book seemed very much a book written for women rather than for men and women
