I know the language of the old KJV, but not this ‘new’ one. How NEW is it? E.G. ;- have words like ‘thee’, ‘thou’, ‘verily’, ‘behold’ and other out-dated words like ‘firkin’ and ‘firmament’, been replaced with modern ones? In short; what is the change/improvement that makes it NEW?

Hello,
The New King James Version updates the language to be more contemporary but is done in a way to maintain the original meaning of the words.
